Podlaskie Association of Therapists

It was founded in 2010 years. His main goal was to establish and conduct a non-public therapeutic elementary School "fable" for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
The association brings together all the willing therapists in the Podlaskie Voivodship who want to actively work towards the people of the spectrum.
Podlaskie Association of Therapists is the founding body of the non-public therapeutic primary School "fairy tale" with pre-school branches and the non-public therapeutic gymnasium "Prolog". Both establishments carry out educational activities based on a new curriculum based on pre-school education and the basis of curriculum general education for primary schools, including for pupils with moderate intellectual disabilities or significant. Schools are aimed at integrating children with disabilities into the environment. They carry out projects aimed at children, young people with disabilities and their families. In addition to educational activities, as a public benefit organization, it carries out therapeutic activities designed for people with disabilities.

In 2010, PST received subsidies from Suwałki City Office for the implementation of public tasks:

1. ' To increase the availability of pedagogical, psychological and therapeutic assistance to children and adolescents requiring intensified, personalised assistance, disabled persons and children with special educational needs and learning difficulties. ' – 1000,

2. "Supporting actions to minimise the effects of children and adolescents" – 1000 zł. The grants were designed to continue therapeutic work with preschool children threatened with the emergence and deepening of deficit disability.

In 2011, PST received subsidies from Suwałki City office:

1. "Therapeutic fun supporting the development of younger school children" – 2500 zł. In order to implement the project, the association established cooperation with primary School No. 9 in Suwałki, where systematically, once a week in the dimension of 45 minutes, were conducted therapeutic integration activities for the students "cartoons" and their healthy peers. Classes were conducted by the method of developing traffic according to Veronica Sherborne and good start.
2. "Supporting actions to minimise the effects of children and adolescents" – 1000 zł. – The grant was intended to organize a summer holiday for the PST.
3. Subsidy under the government support programme from 2009 to 2014 bodies providing safe conditions for the study, upbringing and care in classes I and III of elementary and Ogólnokształcących music schools and "Joyful School" – 5900 Zł-equipped with a playroom for students of non-public therapeutic elementary School "fable"
4. Grant from the foundation of the Bank of West WBZ S. A. As part of the charitable action program "Bank of Children's Smiles"-3000 zł-is intended for Artiterapie classes in NTSP "Fable" in Suwałki.

In 2012 PST Received:

1. Support for the implementation of the public task "therapeutic Integration Fun" by the municipality-town of Suwałki in the amount of 1500 PLN.
2. Funding of the project "I will say what I want – helping autistic children in social communication" within the operational Programme Human Capital 2007 – 2013 – Priority IX development of education and competence in the regions, by the Office of Marshal Podlaskie Voivodeship 30 000, 00 PLN (thirty Thousand)
3. The financing of the purchase of rehabilitation equipment by PEFRON in the amount of 6000 PLN.

In 2013 PST received:

1. Financial support in the framework of the implementation of the public task granted by the President of the city Suwałki for the implementation of the project: "The most beautiful of my house around-recreational trip to Augustów." In the amount of 500 zloty.

In 2014 PST received:

1. Support the implementation of a 2-day trip to Warsaw in the framework of the Microgrant received in the contest, the "non-governmental sub-grant fund" for informal groups from the Fund programme of Citizens ' initiatives at the rate of 5000zł.

In 2016 PST received:

1. Support the implementation of the 3rd Bowling Tournament children with disabilities in the context of the public task "dissemination of physical culture and Sport through the organization of competition and sports competitions" by the mayor of Suwałki in Amount of 1500 zł.
2. Financial support for the implementation of the public task in the framework of the government programme for the period 2014-2016. "Safe and friendly school". Social skills Training-open the world in a safe and friendly school in the amount of 17 500 zł. The task was organized training for the staff of two schools, parents and a periodical workshop for children, including field activities.

In 2017 PST received:

1. Financial support in the implementation of social skills training classes TUS-to find themselves in society in the context of public task carried out by the mayor of Suwałki in the amount of 1500 zł. In the course of the task, a series of educational activities in the field of social skills training took place.
2. Financial support in the implementation of the fairytale holiday in the context of the public task carried out by the mayor of Suwałki in the amount of 2410 zł. The task was organised półkolonie of a health-enhancing nature and enhancing social skills.
3. Financial support in the implementation of the public task-innovative and effective treatment of people with disabilities-social skills training. The task carried out by the mayor of Suwałki – support in the amount of 3000 zł. As part of the task, a cycle of therapeutic activities for children with autism and Asperger's syndrome took place.

All subsidised projects from public sources were settled on time and received a favourable opinion from the city of Suwałki (in addition to the subsidy received in 2017 of the year (items 2 and 3) which is in progress).
